Melody has been renting and managing properties in the Charlottesville area for almost 3 decades. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having owned and operated multiple businesses in Central Virginia since 2007. She has also renovated and flipped investment properties, giving her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to maintain and improve rental homes.

Angelo has been involved in rental properties since 2017. A native of Ireland, he founded a successful business in Kentucky before relocating to Virginia. He is also the founder and owner of Grout and Carpet Wizards, a highly rated five-star service business known throughout Central Virginia.

Together, we bring hands-on experience and a practical understanding of what both property owners and tenants need. Our focus is simple: exceptional customer service. We intentionally keep our company small so that every client receives the attention, communication, and reliability they deserve.
