Welcome to our family-owned property management company, where experience and personal service come first. Although we are just beginning this business, our background in rental properties spans decades. Melody has been renting and managing properties since 2000, and Angelo has been doing so since 2017. Together, we bring hands-on knowledge and a clear understanding of what both property owners and tenants need. Additionally, both have owned and operated businesses in the Central Virginia area since 2007.
Our focus is simple. We are committed to strong customer service and intentionally staying small to ensure every client receives the attention, communication, and reliability they deserve. When you work with us, your property is not just another number. It is an investment we treat with care and dedication.
Melody is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and a landlord since 2000. She has lived in the Charlottesville area since 1993, when she began attending the University of Virginia. Her background includes human resources, software engineering, property flipping, ownership of Anytime Fitness locations and Grout and Carpet Wizards. Melody takes pride in responding quickly to client needs and is a strong proponent of excellent customer service.
Angelo is originally from Ireland and moved to the United States at age 13. In 2001, he founded Grout Wizards in Lexington, Kentucky. After relocating to the Charlottesville area in 2006, he expanded his operations and launched Grout and Carpet Wizards, a five-star-rated company that he still owns today. Angelo has been a landlord in the area since 2017 and is committed to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
