Happiness Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.
Tenant Warranty
If a tenant does not make it through their entire lease period for any reason such as an eviction, military orders, or exercising their early termination clause (which involves a fee payable to you), we will re-lease the property with no Leasing Fee charged to you.
Eviction Protection
If selected with your management agreement, if we have to evict a tenant, WholePM will cover the legal and court costs up to $2000 per lease period.
Pet Damage Protection
If selected, if a tenant's pet damages the property and the damage exceeds the amount of their security deposit, WholePM will cover the cost to repair the additional damage up to $2000 per lease period.
